Requirements:
Beginning in July 2004, complimentary Associate Member status (*restrictions apply, see below*) is offered to:

• A Maine company employing fewer than 10 people; and,

• A member in good standing of any local or regional chamber of commerce in the state of Maine.

Associate members are not voting members of the organization, but are eligible to upgrade their membership to any Investor status, at any time.
